Wait for the seats to fill
Guests reserve by the seat, not the whole boat. Your trip confirms automatically the moment enough guests join. If it does not fill, no one is charged and your day stays free.

Sail the trip, get paid
You run the day you were already going to run. The morning after the boat returns to harbour, your share lands in your bank: 85% of gross, transparent on every payout.
