Liability Waiver

This waiver applies when you join a SeaSeatShare trip as a guest. By accepting it, you confirm that you understand boating, fishing, diving, swimming, and marina activities can involve real risks, including weather changes, movement on vessels, slips, falls, seasickness, equipment use, and conditions outside the captain's control.

You agree to follow the captain's safety instructions, wear required safety equipment, act responsibly around the vessel, and tell the captain about any medical condition that could affect your participation.

Guest responsibility

• Arrive fit to participate and free from unsafe alcohol or drug impairment.
• Use life jackets and safety equipment when instructed.
• Stay within areas of the vessel approved by the captain or crew.
• Respect weather, sea-condition, and trip-change decisions made for safety.

Risk acknowledgement

You voluntarily accept the ordinary risks of joining a marine trip. SeaSeatShare helps guests discover and reserve seats, but each trip is operated by the listed captain or vessel operator. Nothing in this waiver limits rights that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Emergency information

If the captain or platform asks for emergency or health information before departure, provide accurate details. In an emergency, the captain may share necessary information with marina, coast guard, medical, or rescue personnel.
